In addition, Gayle has served on the Board of Directors of the Bay Area Organization Development Network, Alliant International University and the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management, and currently serves on the board of Spark, a non-profit organization builds a network of young, global citizens invested in changing patterns of inequality that impact women throughout the world.
